—->>> URGENT – A delivery signature of receipt is required on some shipments, so please ensure an adult is available to sign for package receipt at delivery if needed. If you feel your shipping address is unsafe in terms of package receipt, and feel any items where signature is not required for delivery may be vulnerable to foul play, please utilize a more appropriate shipping address where shipments may be deemed “more secure”.
Once customer shipments are received, scanned out of the shipping company’s possession, and / or signed for, the liability of the security of the shipment falls directly on the customer, & THEAUDIOGOAT.COM is immediately relieved of any and all liability to the customer in regard to loss or damage to shipped goods due to shipping neglect.
Upon delivery attempt, if customer packaging appears to be damaged due to shipping for any reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately reject said shipment, whereby the shipping company will then immediately return said goods to THEAUDIOGOAT.COM for processing.
For shipments requiring a signature of receipt of goods, an adult must be home to sign for the shipment. If the shipping company is unable to deliver said goods successfully, the shipping company will make one additional attempt in good faith to deliver the goods before they are held locally for pickup at a shipping facility / hub or returned to THEAUDIOGOAT.COM.
